We sell Vanilla ice cream mixes also. Our powdered mix is lactose free so anyone can enjoy it! Just add the mix to water in a 5 gallon bucket and whisk together before adding to machine. (If you purchase our mixes we will provide a bucket and whisk for you to use.)
The machine can hold up to 5 popped mixes at a time in the warming area. You can only pop one mix at a time. Each mix makes approximately 4 cups of popped popcorn. Must have a pick up truck to transport.
It’s constructed from 13 gauge steel with a hinged top that opens easily and locks into position. Drip pan channels fats to drip tube which drains to a spot with a hook for a bucket to collect drippings (bucket not provided). This prevents charring from coals and allows pig to be cooked without turning it. Charcoal Pan can hold enough charcoal to last for up to 12 hours which is perfect for long overnight roasts. It has a heavy 24″ wide stainless steel mesh grate, adjustable top dampers and bottom vents for temperature control and a built in thermometer on the lid for temperature measurement. Torflex spring-loaded axle minimizes vibration in towing. Standard hitch hook-up with taillights provided for towing. 2″ Ball needed and light adapter hook up required.
